Young fella with longish hair and a beard (Sorry forgot your name). We kept changing our booking and thought we might need two days. This gentleman was friendly and very professional and accommodated all are needs, all other staff where also very friendly. Budget should give their Bendigo staff an award. Very impressed.

I would have given 5 stars, only turns out there wasn't a double booking, just bad customer service. I'll give Budget Bendigo another go - fingers crossed the local service has improved by then.
1 Star Review - This is for the person who rang up to advise the online system double booked our bookings and had to be cancelled. You may think your customer service responses are appropriate, but tone matters. Have a nice day!
